Clinical Director (Added 3/13/2012)
Urban Dreams, an award-winning organization located in the heart of the Des Moines Enterprise community area, is seeking a full time Remedial Service Clinical Director. The program provides skill-based services to help youth become successful at home, in school, and in their communities. Salary is negotiable, hours are flexible.
Essential Functions:
1) Coordinate and lead regularly scheduled and structured meetings with practitioner(s) to discuss casework and other professional issues.
2) Provide professional expertise and guidance to the practitioner(s), as needed.
3) Work with low-income youth and families.
4) Ensure high quality of client services.
Qualifications:
1) Master’s level prepared mental health practitioner required.
2) Current LISW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure required.
3) Prior work related experience with population served preferred.
4) Basic computer skills.
